When you get a new message to your prospect inbox the message will appear as blue. Once you click it, it should turn white and no longer be marked as “unread.” However, occasionally, the system may glitch and regardless of the number of times you click on the message, it will remain an “unread” blue.
We have a simple workaround when this happens:
- Double-click on the name in the message and go back out of the conversation. It should now be marked as read.
