Users of Sherpa commit to a three-month period of use before subscribing to the service. Canceling service prior to the end of your 3 month term will result in a one-time fee of $1,000, or the difference between the subscription fee for the months you have not completed, and the months that you have paid for - whichever is less.


After three months, if you find Sherpa is not working and you wish to cancel your subscription, please send an email to support@leadsherpa.com. It is currently not possible to pause your subscription.


There are other options available that may work before you cancel, such as having an account audit, or lowering your subscription level. If you are within your initial three-month commitment and you're not getting the results you expected, please reach out to us.


We are very confident in the software, and in most cases a small change to your approach is all that is needed to get the results you are looking for.

By requesting the subscription cancellation you confirm that you understand all your data stored in Sherpa will be permanently deleted after your current billing cycle ends. 


Note: All payments are non-refundable. Should we receive your request after you have been billed, changes will take effect for the next billing cycle.
