Q: May I use Sherpa for a Buyer Campaign to sell my properties?
A: Not at this time. Most numbers in Buyer Campaigns will be skipped as they likely already exist in the system, and may have replied to a previous message making them ineligible to receive another bulk message which will result in a low delivery rate.
On top of this, sending properties to buyers is not TCPA compliant. Sherpa should only be used to make legitimate offers to purchase a home. Anything else may be seen as marketing and non-compliant.
