This article will provide an overview of how to set up email reminders for your prospects, allowing you to more easily and effectively keep track of your leads.


You've sent messages to prospects in Lead Sherpa, here is how you can learn to create a reminder for a follow-up!

  1. Navigate to a Prospect Profile page and click on the options menu icon (designated by a blue arrow). 

  2. Click on "Agent" and select one of the users from the dropdown menu (this will designate the selected agent to receive the reminder email).

  3. Click "Reminder" and select the date and time you would like the reminder to be generated. Afterward, click "Save" to finalize the selection.
