To Skip Trace an LLC or Trust, enter the entity name under the first name column of your Skip Trace Template (default template provided below for reference). You can configure the mapping for this information to your own preference, as long as the entirety of the LLC or Trust name is in this column, our system will be able to process the associated property data without error. The remaining column data associated with your file can be filled in as you would for a typical prospect.
- The results should also return an "alternate name". This data should pertain to a specific representative of the entity.
- When pushing these Skip Trace results over to a Campaign, the alternate name assigned to your property data will be utilized within the template.
