Users have the option to utilize the Skip Trace feature by using the Property Address only. Name and mailing address will be returned in addition to all other types of skip trace data.
To skip trace utilizing property address only, include only these four columns in your .csv file:
- Property Address
- Property City
- Property State
- Property ZIP.
Tip: if you decide to use our official template, delete all other columns, headers included. Make sure your file looks like this:
Note: To obtain the best resulting data, we recommend skip tracing files with first name, last name, mailing address, and property address if this information is available.
