Within your PropStack™, locate the "Filtering" tab. The options presented within this tab section will provide you with the means to apply filters to your PropStack™ records. The filter types are divided into the following categories:
- Saved Filters
- Distress Indicators
- Last Sold Date
- Property Tags
- Prospect Statuses
- Lead Stages
- Owner Status
- Additional Filters
- Archived
Using the "Yes/No" toggle will allow you to specify:
- "Yes" - Only return the prospects/properties that have a "TRUE" value
- "No" - Only return the prospects/properties that have a "FALSE" value
The "Advanced Filters" option within PropStack™ provides you the ability to apply additional tags to your Property and Prospect Records. Herein, you will be able to specify individual filters for each data tab, allowing for added flexibility of inclusion or exclusion of data. You may utilize the Advanced Filters tab for scenarios wherein you're unable to identify specific records via application of PropStack™'s general filters.
