This article explains how to utilize the archive and unarchive features. Users may choose to archive records that they no longer wish to focus on in order to hide them from filtering. These records are not removed from the account and can be unarchived (reactivated) again.
- Archive: Your Prospect and Property Records will remain in your PropStack™ database, but these records will not be returned as results within your "active/unarchived"pages.
- When a property or prospect is archived, all associated property/prospect records will also be archived.
- To reference archived sets of data within your PropStack™, enable the "Archived" toggle to specify a "Yes" status.
- Unarchive: Your Prospect and Property Records will be displayed within the "active" pages of your PropStack™ database.
- Selecting a Record to Archive/Unarchive: To select a record to be archived or unarchived you can either:
- Select the options icon (three vertical dots) for the individual record, followed by Archive -> Confirm.
- Select the record for the individual record, followed by Take Action -> Archive
