The Distress Indicator will identify properties or prospects that are most likely to sell due to various reasons tied to distresssuch as financial hardship or legal disputes. The more distress indicators a property possesses, the higher the possibility for the owner to be favorable toward selling. Typically the niche you're investing in is a distress indicator.
Properties can be on more than one list type, and therefore under more distress. You may use our Distress Indicator scale to filter the properties that meet your preference, whether that's a range (like 3-6) or simply anyone who has 3 or more indicators.
