The Distress Indicator will identify properties or prospects most likely to sell due to various reasons tied to distress, such as financial hardship or legal disputes. The more distress indicators a property possesses, the higher the possibility that the owner will be favorable toward selling. Typically the niche you're investing in is a distress indicator.
Properties can be on more than one list type and, therefore, under more distress. You may use our Distress Indicator scale to filter the properties that meet your preference, whether a range (like 3-6) or simply anyone who has 3 or more indicators.
