Known Issues | Date |
Problem: More than 10% of messages are failed or undelivered.
Details: It seems that some carriers allow users to “opt-out” of receiving any A2P messages, which results in low delivery rates. We are actively investigating whether this is across all providers and all accounts.
Workaround: Our best accounts are over 80% - some are pushing 90% delivery. If you are seeing high rates of “carrier filter (SPAM),” consider updating your templates. Otherwise, we are not aware of any action you can take at this time. | 02/13/2024 |
Problem: Market RE-sync is not currently working.

Problem: Push To Campaign button from Skip Trace not working.
Workaround: As a temporary solution, you may export your skip trace results and then directly upload them into your campaign.

Problem: Incorrect number display in the send queue "Attempted Count".

Problem: The "Go Sync Numbers" button on the campaign page redirects to the "Purchase New Numbers" pop-up window.
Details: Twilio phone numbers need to be purchased through the user's Twilio account and not in the Lead Sherpa SMS platform.
Update: We have identified the issue and currently working on a solution.
