Method 1: Recontacting Prospects With a Different Number Via Follow-Up Campaign

  1. Access the campaign that you would like to re-contact
  2. Click "Create Follow-Up" in the top right corner. This will present you with filter options to apply to the follow-up campaign. Ensure that the "Retain Outgoing Numbers" toggle is set to "No" (this will prevent the previously assigned contact number from being reassigned to the prospect). 
  3. Once all of your preferences are included, click "Create Follow-Up".



Method 2: Recontacting Prospects With a Different Number Via Importing Data

  1. Create a new campaign via Campaigns -> Create SMS Campaign. This will present you with filter options to apply to the campaign. Click on the dropdown arrow for "Skip Prospects Who Have Previously Responded" and select the tag "No" (this will prevent prospects who have previously been messaged from being skipped).
  2. Once all of your preferences are included, click "Create Campaign".


  3. After the campaign has been created, you can import the file data via "Add Prospects". 


Lead Sherpa Tip: If you wish to import already existing data from a separate campaign, you will have to export the file data from the other campaign via Metrics -> Mobile.
