Question: I've added Lead Sherpa numbers / integrated my Twilio account but when I go to send a SMS campaign, I receive a message that there are "Not enough active numbers in this market".  How do I get enough active numbers?

Lead Sherpa Numbers

You will need at least 20 active Lead Sherpa numbers for the desired market.  Inside your Lead Sherpa account, access the Number Manager tab and click to "Add New Numbers", then add the needed numbers to the desired market. To add a new market, access the Account Settings -> Account Info & Settings tab and click "Buy a New Market".


Twilio Numbers

You will need to directly access your Twilio account and activate at least 20 numbers there.  Once those numbers are active, log back into your Lead Sherpa account and access the Number Manager tab.  Click Sync Twilio Updates and the Twilio numbers will be brought into your Lead Sherpa account.  Once you have at least 20 active numbers, the send interfaces will become available in a campaign's tabs.
